I only cook for Herman and myself these days and we haven’t had anyone over in a long time. We all know the deal. How hard is it to cook for two? After living alone for ten years, I have always been able to adapt to cooking smaller amounts, I made my own dinner almost every night and found it nourished my soul. I will offer tips and tricks on cooking for one or two. These dishes are easy to make, and can use a variety of alternatives which I will teach in the class.
Salmon with Lemon, Ginger, Soy Glaze, Roasted Sriracha Broccoli, Couscous with Arugula, Feta, Pine Nuts and Cherry Tomatoes, Stir Fried Garlic Greens with Wild Mushrooms and Tamari.
