The menu is Easy Indian, a class designed to introduce you to some of the most important spices in Indian cooking. It is a demo but if you want to cook along let me know and I can send an ingredient list. It may be easier for you to make one dish as opposed to all of them, either way is fine. 

Recipes will be sent a week before the class. All classes will be recorded for future viewing.

There will be alternatives for those who don’t have access to ingredients; Garlic Braised Spicy Tomatoes, Coconut Sesame Rice Pilaf, Turmeric Ginger Dal, Curry Chicken with Coconut Cream Sauce 

The time zone is EST, if you are in Europe the class will begin at 4 pm.
