I am a trained chef and have cooked professionally for over forty years. I love to teach and hold online cooking classes for all levels. I also write recipes for various publications and enjoy updating my culinary journal, now that I have time. I recently relocated to Europe where the lifestyle is gentle and the pace is slower.
The food business has been good to me and I have done everything there is from food styling to working as a private chef to catering. I have been cooking full time since my early twenties.
