I am a trained chef and have cooked professionally for over forty years and am now retired. I loved to teach, write recipes and prepare gourmet dinners for private clients. I relocated to Europe in 2020 where the lifestyle is gentle and the pace is slower.

The food business has been good to me and I have done everything;  working for Martha Stewart, cooking with Jacques Pepin and training the contestants for Gordon Ramsay’s Hells Kitchen. Cooking is a journey and I trust you will enjoy yours!

My culinary journal is updated regularly with new photos, recipes and more from life overseas. I moved to Holland with my husband and our cat, Buddy. He has lived all over the U.S and is now an international cat.
