I adore Asian food and specifically Thai, with it’s bold flavours and use of ingredients such as chilis, fish sauce and peanuts. Super easy to cook as most everything is done on a wok or large skillet, Thai food is all about the ingredients.

We will be making; Pad Thai with Shrimp, Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce, Roasted Tofu with Asian Greens and Coconut Sticky Rice.
