Well-known chef Amanda Cushman is now offering private cooking classes in Los Angeles, also for
parties in your own home. With private cooking classes, invite a group of friends to come and
share a fun, new, twist on entertaining. Whether it be a special
birthday, baby shower or anniversary you and your friends will have
a unique and memorable experience cooking your own
four-course meal. From appetizer to desert you will create a
delicious meal from the menus offered below.
Or, you can learn something you have always wanted to know such
as fabulous brunch ideas or cooking in Provence. Private cooking classes held in the greater Los Angeles area

Customized Private Cooking Classes
These are ideas for classes they can be re-arranged according to
your personal needs and the skills you want to learn. You would
pick a few items from each grouping. For example two appetizers,
two entrees, two desserts etc.
Private Cooking Classes for Special Occasions
In addition to the above classes Amanda encourages you to
contact her with special requests such as anniversaries,
romantic evenings, birthdays, showers, surprise parties and
casual dinner parties.
Private or Group Cooking Classes
The weekend classes are normally in the evenings and are more
like parties. Guests drink wine as they cook and put together a
meal from appetizers through desserts. The host/hostess picks
a menu that consists of two to three recipes from each category.
Couples are often very interested in these classes for a celebration
of some kind like a birthday, anniversary or surprise party.
