Chef Amanda Cushman has catered all types of parties with thirty years experience in the New York, Los Angeles, Connecticut and Miami areas.
At these events there were from fifty to two hundred guests and full services were provided.

Amanda specializes in cuisines such as Thai, Southern French, Tuscan and Mediterranean. She worked in the homes of Henry Kissinger, Diana Ross and Ralph Lauren among many others. Her parties are organized, and the atmosphere is calm and comfortable.

Now Chef Amanda Cushman caters for clients mainly in Connecticut for smaller gatherings. For a group of fifty or less she is available and can travel throughout the Southern California area. She also teaches group cooking classes and cooking lessons for healthy cooking in Connecticut in the cities of Madison, Guilford, Old Lyme, Old Saybrook, Westbrook, Essex, Branford, New London, and New Haven.
