It can be purchased one of two ways; through me directly – I accept credit cards and checks and can send it to you; or through my website which will accept credit cards and Pay pal accounts.

I will also be selling it at Williams Sonoma and Chefmakers when I am scheduled to teach there (check my class listings for my current schedule) and at Salt on Abbott Kinney sometime after the holidays.
